Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is open exclusively to Real Account holders registered at Red Flush Casino and Casino La Vida.
• The Tournament is available to players that play both the Flash and downloadable version of Red Flush casino or Casino La Vida.
• "Real Accounts" must be open prior to or at the time of the competition, and not be closed, locked or under investigation for fraud.
• The promotional period in its entirety runs between 8th of August 2011 and the 30th of October 2011.
• To enter and qualify for Slot Survivor 5, players must 'opt in' to the promotion and register an “alias.” This can be done through the Casino Lobby (Click on “My Promotions”) or through the website at www.slotsurvivor.com.
• Points are earned as follows:

For players playing in any other currency apart from USD, their wagering will be converted to USD for the purposes of this competition.

• For those who play Slots and Parlour Games (Keno and Scratch Card Games) you will earn one point for every 100USD wagered.
• If you play any Table Pokers (except Caribbean Draw Poker,  3 Card Poker,  Texas Hold’em Poker, Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker), Casino War and Red Dog you will earn 0.25 points for every 100USD wagered.
• If you play any Roulettes games, Blackjack games (except Classic Blackjack), Craps, Sicbo, 3 Card Poker,  Texas Hold’em Poker and any Video/Power Pokers (except  All Aces Video/Power Pokers) you will earn 0.10 points for every 100USD wagered
• If you play any Baccarat games you will earn 0.08 points for every 100USD wagered
• If you play Classic Blackjack, Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker,  Caribbean Draw Poker and All Aces Video/Power Pokers you will earn 0.02 points for every 100USD wagered

7. Additional points may be awarded to players for certain actions.
8. Should no one be able to unlock the particular feature during the Stamina of the Tribe challenge, prizes will be awarded according to who wagered the most on the game.
9. The Grand Prize is a Paradise Holiday for 2 to the value of $20,000. The prize excludes all peak holiday seasons in all countries.
10. The casino credits will be distributed throughout the course of the promotion and at the discretion of Casino Management.
11. Casino credit prizes are calculated in USD, or the equivalent exchanged into player’s local currency. The foreign exchange rate will be decided by Red Flush casino and Casino La Vida, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
12. All decisions on the award of the final winners shall be final and binding on all parties. No member of Red Flush Casino or Casino La Vida management shall enter into any correspondence in this regard.
13. The finalists agree that their names, photographs and video imagery may be used in any promotional material by Red Flush Casino and Casino La Vida.
14. Employees of Red Flush Casino, Casino La Vida, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter into this competition.
15. Red Flush Casino and Casino La Vida shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults or deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control; and (4) any Acts of God, war, terrorism , or crime.
16. The standard Terms & Conditions of Red Flush Casino and Casino La Vida apply to this promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and the standard Terms and Conditions.
17. Prize winners shall own and bear all risk in and to the prize. All costs and liabilities related to the prize thereafter, including, but not limited to, personal tax, banking fees and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and for the winner's exclusive account.
18. The procedure relating to winnings is as follows:
• All grand prizes can be claimed at 70% of the value of their prize (where the prize is not cash or bonus casino credits).
• Should winners choose 70% of the value of their prize; the value will be paid out in equal installments over a period of 4 weeks.
• Winners have 14 days to claim their prizes from the date the winners are notified.
• Winners will be notified of their winnings via email or telephonically. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that their registered e-mail address and telephone number with the casino is correct.
