Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is open exclusively to Real Account holders registered at Red Flush Casino and RedFlush.Net.
  2. Only players who play on the downloadable version of Red Flush will be able to take part in this tournament
  3. "Real Accounts" must be open prior to or at the time of the competition, and not be closed, locked or under investigation for fraud.
  4. The promotional period in its entirety runs between 9th of July 2010 and the 15th of August 2010.
  5. To enter and qualify for Slot Survivor IV, players must 'opt in' to the promotion and register an “alias.” This can be done through the Casino Lobby (Click on “My Promotions”).
  6. Additional points may be awarded to players for certain actions.
  7. The Grand Prize is a State of the Art HD LED Television with Blu-Ray 3D Home Theatre System and accessories worth $10000!
  8. The casino credits will be distributed throughout the course of the promotion and at the discretion of Red Flush.
  9. Casino credit prizes are calculated in USD, or the equivalent exchanged into player’s local currency. The foreign exchange rate will be decided by Red Flush, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
  10. Red Flush’s decision on the award of the final winners shall be final and binding on all parties. No member of Red Flush management shall enter into any correspondence in this regard.
  11. The finalists agree that their names, photographs and video imagery may be used in any promotional material by Red Flush.
  12. Employees of Red Flush, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter into this competition.
  13. Red Flush shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults or deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control; and (4) any Acts of God, war, terrorism , or crime.
  14. The standard Terms & Conditions of Red Flush apply to this promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and the standard Terms & Conditions.
  15. Once Red Flush hands the prize to the winners, the winners shall own and bear all risk in and to the prize. All costs and liabilities related to the prize thereafter, including, but not limited to, personal tax, banking fees and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and for the winner's exclusive account.
  16. The procedure relating to winnings is as follows:
    • The 1st prize winner will have the option of having their winnings credited directly to their casino account - at 70% of the value of their prize (where the prize is not casino credits).
    • Winners have 14 days to claim their prizes from the date the winners are notified.
    • Winners will be notified of their winnings via email, telephone and/or the casino lobby
